Do you offer a meet-and-greet before the first service?

1. • Of course! Once you set up your new online PetPocketBook account, you can message us, and we will help set up your Complimentary Meet n’ Greet. Do you prefer to have a Meet n' Greet prior to setting your your new online PetPocketBook account? No problem! Please Note: Horizon West Pet Care cannot guarantee service availability until client submits the request in their new PetPocketBook account.
